Patrick Harness, knows all about the importance of motivating his career, as well as finding the right pair of hands to join his team in the kitchen. When we met Patrick he had very firm ideas about what he wanted from his next position. So off we went to find the next perfect career move for Patrick - and we found it at Malmaison Birmingham where Patrick is now Head Chef. It is a great success story and Patrick is a very happy man.
